Last updated: October 8, 2026

Welcome to skatecomp.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of skatecomp.com and any related websites, applications, features and services (together, the “Services”), which are operated by skatecomp.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Purpose of the Services
All content, features and information provided through the Services are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided through the Services is professional, legal, financial, medical, safety or other expert advice.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Assumption of Risk
Any activity, event, technique, location, product or idea you see, read about or learn of through the Services is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Some activities can result in serious injury, death, or damage to property. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions, for using appropriate safety equipment, and for following all applicable laws and rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, of any injury, loss or damage arising from any activity you engage in, whether or not it was shown, described or mentioned through the Services.

4. Accuracy of Information
Information provided through the Services may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, changed or removed at any time without notice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

5. User Content
The Services may let you submit text, names, images, videos or other information (“User Content”). You are responsible for any User Content you submit and confirm that you have the right to submit it, including permission from anyone shown in it. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, offensive, infringing, dangerous, or that impersonates another person. By submitting User Content, you grant skatecomp.com a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce and share it on and in connection with the Services. User Content may be displayed publicly. We may remove any User Content or restrict access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems; (c) post spam, malicious links or harmful content; (d) use bots, scrapers or automated tools without permission; or (e) upload malware or harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content provided through the Services, including text, designs, logos, images, videos and graphics, is owned by skatecomp.com or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute or reuse content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services use third-party services (such as Google Analytics and hosting providers) and may link to or embed external websites, content, products or services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third party, its content, products, services, events or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SAFETY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE SECURE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR BUGS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OR DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT OR PRESERVED. YOU USE THE SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SKATECOMP.COM OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR ANY ACTIVITY SHOWN, DESCRIBED OR MENTIONED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ZERO U.S. DOLLARS ($0.00) OR, WHERE A ZERO CAP IS NOT PERMITTED, TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless skatecomp.com and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, any activity you engage in, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

12. Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Services or any part of them at any time without notice or liability. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of skatecomp.com resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and skatecomp.com regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
